The US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has introduced a new feature called “Convert” in its services. Using this feature customers can convert one cryptocurrency to another.

According to their official blog, This conversion feature will be supporting users to convert between Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum Classic (ETC) and 0x (ZRX).

This feature is currently available on their website also on Android and IOS platfroms. The exchange has launched this in 34 different countries where they are operational.

Coinbase Blog says,

Our product teams are thinking deeply about new ways to democratize the best of cryptocurrency, and the ability to easily convert one asset to another is platforms step on this path.

This was announced with the title “12 Days of Coinbase” which relates to famous song of the Christmas season. The exchange also mentions that letting its users to convert from one crypto to another is a natural progression in their journey.

Recently coinbase also added support for Basic Attention Token(BAT) to its platform. This is now available only for the pro account holders.

But this new “convert” feature is available to everyone and not only for pro account. Thus makes it easily accessible to all the normal users of coinbase.
